Always try to join the class in time rather you should reach over there before time. If the class is not started, stretch and warm up your body. If you teacher comes in the class before time and see your concern, he/she may give you some extra tips to improve.

Right dress and dance shoes also matter a lot for dancing classes. Always wear the dress that completely fits you. Too loose or too tight dress will disturb you during dancing. Besides that, your comfortable dancing shoes will keep you balance and relax your body muscles.
You should cut your hair short or come in the class with tight pony. Open hair will hinder your attention time and again. Your attention should be fully focused on lesson. Therefore, leave all your home problems at home and concentrate on the lesson only.
Try to reach in the class earlier to get place in first row. If you are in the first row, you can observe your teacher more keenly. During the dance if you feel muscle pull, stop dance and find out the problem.
If you are fond of wearing jewelry, you should wear very light ornaments. It would give you very cool look. Heavy jewelry will disturb you during dancing. The dance with speedy movement causes sweeting and if you are wearing jewelry, sweeting along with jewelry results the irritation. It is good that you do not wear jewelry when you are dancing.
